The Mission:
NextGen is looking for a marketing powerhouse who doesn’t just "post to social media"—we want someone to own the audience. Think of the way Liquid Death made water cool or Skims turned basics into a movement. We are doing that for the Agricultural Supply industry.
We need someone who is dangerously tech-savvy, creatively aggressive, and obsessed with the technical side of audience acquisition.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Owning the Audience: Building a community around our brand so that we don't just have customers; we have fans.
Geofencing & Hyper-Local Targeting: Using advanced technical tools to target specific farms, co-ops, and agricultural hubs with surgical precision.
Full-Funnel Campaigns: Designing and executing marketing loops that turn a cold lead into a loyal advocate.
Tech Stack Mastery: Integrating CRMs, tracking pixels, and automation tools to ensure our marketing engine is data-driven and scalable.
Content Strategy: Overseeing high-impact social media content that stops the scroll and starts a conversation.
Requirements (Must-Haves):
Extreme Technical Proficiency: You should know your way around the "back end" of marketing (Pixels, API integrations, Google Tag Manager, Geofencing software).
Proven "Brand" Experience: You have managed a community or a brand that felt alive, not corporate.
