We are an international remote team focused on scaling digital campaigns across different markets.
We’re looking for someone who can take an active role in managing paid traffic, improving campaign performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
If you enjoy working with data, testing ideas, and seeing direct results from your work, this role will fit you well.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle day-to-day campaign adjustments across paid channels (Google,
Observe performance trends and suggest actionable improvements
Work on reducing acquisition costs while increasing conversions
Test different targeting options, creatives, and campaign structures
Identify winning campaigns and support scaling efforts
Track key metrics and maintain simple performance reports
Collaborate with tea
What We’re Looking For
Some experience with paid advertising platforms
Basic understanding of campaign performance and optimisation
Comfortable reading data and making simple decisions based on numbers
Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organised
Willingness to learn and improve continuously
Good communication skills

Familiar with analytics or tracking tools
