JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing international team focused on scaling digital campaigns across multiple markets.

We are looking for someone who can both manage Meta Ads performance and develop creative strategies that drive real results.

This role combines media buying with creative thinking — ideal for someone who understands data but also knows what makes ads convert.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Plan and execute creative strategies for ad campaigns
Analyse performance data and identify winning creatives
Test different angles, hooks, and messaging
Work with designers or create simple ad creatives if needed
Scale winning campaigns and control budget efficiency
Monitor key metrics such as CPA, CTR, ROAS
Continuously improve ad performance and lead quality

Requirements

Experience running Meta Ads campaigns
Basic understanding of performance metrics and optimisation
Ability to analyse data and identify trends
Creative mindset with understanding of what makes ads convert
Able to work independently and manage campaigns
Good communication skills

Nice to Have (Optional)

Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
Basic video editing or content creation skills
Understanding of audience targeting and scaling strategies
Experience testing creatives at scale
