Cold calling is at the core of what we do. Our BDRs are the front line starting conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings that convert into pipeline.
We work with a wide mix of clients from startups to established companies across SaaS, fintech, IT services, digital marketing, staffing, and consulting. The impact of this role is direct and measurable.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring experienced BDRs / Cold Callers who are comfortable picking up the phone and putting in the volume.
You’ll execute structured outbound campaigns using proven frameworks, with a clear focus on one thing: booking qualified meetings consistently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Make high-volume outbound calls to B2B decision-makers
- Follow structured scripts and adapt messaging in real time
- Handle objections and guide conversations toward booked meetings
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data
- Manage post-booking steps (confirmations, introductions, etc.)
- Follow up with prospects to improve show rates
- Work closely with clients for smooth handoffs
- Share insights on messaging, lead quality, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with the team to keep pipeline output consistent
What We’re Looking For
- Background in B2B SDR/BDR roles with a strong focus on cold calling
- Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and booking targets
- Strong attention to detail, especially in CRM management
- Confident communicator who can handle objections naturally
- Quick to learn new tools, scripts, and workflows
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced setup
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, Coda, Nooks, or similar tools
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,000 USD monthly base
- Uncapped commission per qualified meeting held
- Fully remote work setup
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
