JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced Credit Dispute Specialist to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level role — prior experience is required and you must be ready to start next week.

Position: Credit Dispute Specialist
Start Date: Immediate (Start next week)
Type: Remote / Flexible

???? Key Responsibilities:

Review credit reports and identify negative/inaccurate items
Prepare and submit dispute letters using compliant methods
Manage multiple client files with organized tracking systems
Handle follow-ups, audit reviews, and escalations
Communicate updates clearly with team and clients
Execute disputes across all rounds (early to advanced stages)

Required Experience & Skills:

MUST have experience with DisputeFox
Strong background in customer service and client communication
Must be comfortable using WhatsApp, Telegram, and Trello for daily operations
Ability to manage and execute all dispute rounds

Technical Expertise Required:
Experienced credit disputer proficient in DisputeFox with strong knowledge of CRC protocols, bureau freeze requests, and CFPB/FTC complaint processes. Skilled in handling TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax procedures, including audit reviews, PI letters, and bureau-specific strategies.

Applies structured, FCRA-compliant dispute methods (Sections 609, 611, 623), using inaccuracy-based strategies in early rounds and transitioning into advanced techniques such as data breach disputes, sweeps, and procedural validations. Known for strong attention to detail, organized workflows, and consistent follow-ups to maximize results while maintaining full compliance.

Results-driven, compliant, and focused on improving client profiles while protecting company standards.

You must be able to produce real, consistent results. This role is performance-based — we are looking for disputers who know how to get deletions, improvements, and movement on files while staying compliant.
