A growing team is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduler to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable handling both scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily scheduling tasks
Communicate with tea
Handle basic administrative work
Monitor incoming requests and prioritize accordingly
Maintain accurate and organized documentation
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
Includes a 30-minute lunch break
Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Reliable and responsive during working hours
Strong, Fast, and Stable internet connection (required)
Access to a Canadian phone number (required — additional compensation can be provided to support this)
Compensation:
Competitive, based on experience
