Who We're Looking For
We're not looking for "just a social media manager" or "just a video editor." We're looking for an Account Owner who thrives on taking complete ownership of content fulfillment, manages multiple accounts, ensures client success, and brings strategic thinking to every piece of content created.

Position Details
Employment Type: Full-time contractor (1099)
Work Schedule: Flexible hours, remote work with set weekly deadlines
Expected Workload: Approximately 32 hours per week
Compensation: $10-15 USD/hour
Client Load: 6 social media management clients
Platforms Managed: Instagram and TikTok -

What We Expect From You
Proven experience managing social media accounts with demonstrated growth results
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, and copywriting skills
Experience with CapCut (required) and Canva (required)
Experience with DaVinci Resolve (preferred but not required)
Understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices
Video editing proficiency with storytelling, pacing, and trend integration
Compelling copywriting with strong hooks, CTAs, and brand voice adaptation
Graphic design skills for creating branded visual assets
Analytics interpretation and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
High level of accountability and ownership
Proactive communication and problem-solving
Passion for social media and content creation
