Mission of the Role
To maximize revenue and ensure fast, efficient deal closures by selling contracted properties to qualified buyers through strong relationships, strategic marketing, and skilled negotiation.
Your job is to ensure every deal is:
- marketed effectively
- matched with the right buyer
- sold at the highest possible price
- moved quickly to closing
- and communicated clearly across all parties
You are the bridge between contract ? buyer ? closing ? revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Buyer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cash buyers, hedge funds, and investors
- Continuously grow and update the buyers list
- Understand each buyer’s criteria (location, price range, property type, condition)
- Maintain consistent communication with active buyers
Deal Marketing & Exposure
- Create and send deal blasts via
- Market deals through investor networks, marketplaces, and internal lists
- Position deals effectively to create urgency and competition
- Ensure all deal information is accurate and compelling
Sales & Negotiation
- Present deals to buyers and handle objections
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize assignment fees or profits
- Create competitive environments (multiple buyer interest)
- Lock in serious buyers with deposits and clear expectations
Transaction Coordination Support
- Ensure all documents are signed and submitted correctly
- Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and internal team
- Track deal progress from contract to close
- Proactively address issues that may delay closing
Pipeline Management
- Track all active deals and buyer activity
- Ensure no deal sits stagnant without action
- Maintain clean CRM records and notes
- Manage deal timelines and closing schedules
Collaboration with Acquisitions
- Provide feedback on deal quality and pricing
- Help acquisitions understand what will sell faster
- Align on offer strategies based on buyer demand
Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs (days to sell, assignment fees, close rate)
- Continuously improve deal velocity and profit margins
Client (Buyer) Experience
- Provide a professional, responsive, and reliable experience
- Build long-term buyer loyalty and repeat business
Essential Qualifications / Skills (Must-Haves)
Sales & Negotiation Experience
- Proven ability to sell and negotiate deals
- Strong objection handling and closing ability
- Confident communicator who can control conversations
Communication (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Excellent English (spoken + written)
- Clear, professional, and responsive communication
- Ability to build trust with buyers quickly
Real Estate Knowledge (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
- Understanding of ARV, comps, repairs, and investor margins
- Familiar with wholesaling and assignment contracts

Compensation
Base + Commission OR Commission-Based (depending on experience)
Compensation is based on:

High performers have uncapped earning potential.
Contract Type
