PERSONAL COACH AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT — ISAAC OCEAN

Start part time, building to full time for the right person.
I am a business owner, musician, and entrepreneur running multiple ventures simultaneously. I need one person who shows up for me every single weekday — someone warm, organized, and genuinely invested in my growth. Not a task manager. A real personal coach who also keeps the logistics running.
This starts at 10 hours a week. For the right person it becomes a full-time role, a management position, and a long-term relationship.
WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS
Your primary job is to keep me focused, accountable, and moving toward my goals every single day. You will learn my life, my businesses, my schedule, and my patterns. You will track my numbers, notice when I'm drifting, and bring me back — with warmth and precision, not pressure.

- Personal health and fitness — daily habits, consistency, physical goals

- Additional ventures — Kava Bar concept, musical theater, lifestyle brand
- Weekly and monthly goal tracking across all areas — numbers, streaks, wins, misses
YOUR DAILY STRUCTURE
Morning (7:00–8:00 AM ET)(This can be 6-7:00am for the right person): Daily check-in. Living coaching questions. Priorities locked. Numbers reviewed. Day set up for success.
Evening (4:00–8:00 PM ET, 1 hour): Day recap. What got done and what didn't. Full plan built for tomorrow. To be clear, this is also 1 hour, but I have flexibility at the end of the day, that one hour can be in that range.
WHAT YOU TRACK AND MANAGE
- Daily and weekly goal progress — living tracker we build together
- Google Calendar — owned and managed by you
- Habit streaks, fitness check-ins, and creative project milestones
- Business KPIs — doors knocked, leads, jobs booked, revenue
- Weekly recap report — wins, misses, patterns, next week's priorities
- Accountability bonus tracking — shared monthly goals
WHAT YOU GROW INTO
- Coaching and managing field staff using systems we build together
- Running operations, onboarding, and training for the whole team
- Learning
- Full-time operations and coaching manager
- Equity path for the right person after year 1
- You must train your replacement before you move up
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Start (10 hrs/week): $200/month
Quarterly raise: +$50 for each new responsibility mastered
Full-time cap (2 years): $800/month base
Monthly bonus: +$100 when we hit shared accountability goals
Quarterly and annual performance bonuses
13th month pay every December
Equity path after year 1 for the right person

INTERVIEW AND HIRING PROCESS

Step 2 — Minimum 30-minute video interview for all finalists
Step 3 — Paid test: 4 finalists, 3 hours over video — 1 hour live coaching and onboarding, 2 hours real work. Paid for your time.
HARD REQUIREMENTS
- Available 7:00–8:00 AM or 6:00 -7:00 am or 5:00 - 6:00 AM ET and 1 hour between 4:00–8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday
- On video every morning — not optional
- Reliable fast internet — non-negotiable
- Fluent English, clear and natural, no heavy accent
- Spanish fluency is a massive bonus
- Warm, positive, emotionally intelligent — coaching is your nature
- Comfortable tracking data alongside the human side of accountability
- Looking for a long-term relationship, not a contract gig
