Lien Negotiation & Case Management Support
Compensation: $7/hour + PTO, Paid Holidays, and 13th Month Pay
About the Role
We are a California personal injury law firm seeking a highly organized and detail-driven assistant to support lien negotiation, case resolution, and administrative workflows.
This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to manage detailed documentation and negotiations with providers and lienholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Send and follow up on lien reduction requests with: Medical providers. Lienholders and Subrogation departments
- Negotiate reductions professionally and persistently
- Prepare and support settlement-related documentation
- Assist with minor’s compromise filings
- Data entry and case file management
- Organize, label, and track incoming: Mail and Faxes
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and updates
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years of personal injury case management or closing experience
- Strong understanding of settlement statements, liens, and disbursement processes
- Familiarity with PI case management software such as Filevine
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Organized, proactive, and persistent in follow-ups and negotiations
Work Schedule
Must work California (Pacific Time) business hours
