JOB OVERVIEW

Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant (Full-Time)
Compensation: $7/hour + PTO, Paid Holidays, and 13th Month Pay

About the Role
We are a California-based personal injury law firm seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager Assistant. You will play a critical role supporting our legal team by managing the early and mid-stages of personal injury cases and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and stays ahead of deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Open new personal injury claims with insurance companies
- Send LORs
- Coordinate medical treatment and client care
- Order and track: Police reports, Medical records, Medical bills
- Balance verifications
- Follow up consistently with providers, clients, and insurance adjusters
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Communicate updates clearly to the legal team
- Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- 1+ years of personal injury case management or related experience
- Familiarity with PI case management software such as Filevine
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do

Work Schedule
Must be available during California business hours (Pacific Time)
