JOB OVERVIEW

Talented Virtual Assistant Required - 4 USD / hour | $693 / month | 40 hours per week | 9am - 5pm (UK Time)

Job Brief

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative / customer service support to our team while working remotely. The job is for 40 hours per week and they are to be completed between 9am-5pm (UK Time).

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails/live chat, answering customer phone calls and processing orders using Shopify and our custom-built CRM. For this role, a strong internet connection is required, along with previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality customer service under minimum supervision.

Your Responsibilities

• Answering customer phone calls
• Answering live chat enquiries
• Respond to customer emails
• Order processing administration
• Smaller admin tasks

Requirements and Hard Skills

• Attention to detail
• 2+ years previous experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry
• 1+ year experience using Shopify (please do not apply without Shopify experience)
• Effective English communication, both written and spoken
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Including a working link to an image of a carabao when you respond to this job post
• Data entry skills
• Fast and stable internet

• Solid organisational skills
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Cheerful and friendly attitude
• Willingness to learn everyday
