JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented Salesforce Admin to implement a defined system structure and workflows.

This is not a role for designing from scratch. The system architecture, pricing model, and data structure will be provided. Your role is to execute and implement cleanly and accurately.

What you will be doing:

Implement Salesforce structure based on a defined blueprint
Create and configure custom objects, fields, and relationships
Build Flows (record-triggered, scheduled) based on clear requirements
Set up price books and product structures
Import and manage structured CSV data (supplier price lists)
Ensure data is clean, consistent, and usable
Support integration with WooCommerce via the existing API
Test and validate outputs to ensure everything works correctly

What we are looking for:

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Admin (Flows, validation rules, objects)
Experience working with structured data and imports (CSV)
Attention to detail and the ability to follow defined processes exactly
Comfortable working with product and pricing data
Ability to test your own work and spot issues early

Important:

This is an implementation role, not a strategy or design role. You will be working from a defined structure, so the ability to execute accurately is critical.

Nice to have:

Experience with WooCommerce integrations
Experience handling product catalogues or pricing data
Basic understanding of APIs

Hours and rate:

Part-time, flexible
Ongoing work available
Please include your hourly rate and availability

Application Instructions:

To apply, please include:

A brief example of a Salesforce system you have implemented (not designed, but actually built)
A short explanation of how you have worked with product data or pricing inside Salesforce
Your experience with CSV imports and data cleaning
Your hourly rate and availability

Please answer this question:

If you are given a CSV file with supplier pricing (product, quantity tiers, costs), how would you approach importing this into Salesforce so it can be used for quoting?

Important Notes:

We are not looking for high-level or generic answers
We are looking for clear, practical thinking and real experience
If you mainly have experience with leads, campaigns, or basic admin tasks, this role may not be suitable

What success looks like in this role:

You can take a defined structure and implement it without confusion
Data is clean, consistent, and reliable
Pricing and products work correctly inside Salesforce
The system is simple for the team to use day-to-day

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clean systems, working with structured data, and making things work properly without overcomplicating them
