The Role
We are looking for a highly capable Virtual Assistant to work directly with the founder as a key support partner.
This is not a passive role. You will be involved in outreach, marketing execution, and content creation. You will help move the business forward every single day.
If you are organized, proactive, and take pride in doing excellent work, this will be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Outreach & Community Building
Identify and connect with HR leaders, benefits brokers, and decision-makers
Send thoughtful, personalized outreach messages (not spam)
Manage follow-ups and track conversations
Help grow presence and engagement on LinkedIn
Marketing & Design Support
Create clean, professional collateral using Canva
Assist with website updates and page design (no coding required, but helpful)
Format one-pagers, pitch decks, and social content
Maintain brand consistency across all materials
CRM & Systems (Go High Level)
Set up and organize pipelines
Manage contact lists and tagging
Build and maintain simple automations
Keep everything clean, structured, and usable
General Support
Keep projects organized and moving
Anticipate needs instead of waiting for instructions
Communicate clearly and consistently
Requirements
Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
Proficiency in Canva (this is a must)
Experience with Go High Level (or similar CRM platforms)
Excellent written English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. hours (or partial overlap)
Self-starter mentality — you take initiative
Bonus Points
Experience working with U.S.-based startups or founders
Understanding of HR, employee benefits, or B2B outreach
Basic website editing experience
Familiarity with copywriting or content creation
