JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced, reliable Appointment Setters/Callers to join our team ASAP!

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in outbound/inbound calling
Proven experience in booking appointments
Background in medical spa / aesthetic clinic accounts (US, Canada, or Australia) is highly preferred
Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent)
Comfortable handling calls, voicemails, and follow-ups

Work Schedule:

Full-time
9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Eastern Time)
Must be available to work night shifts consistently

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Leave professional voicemails and follow-ups
Maintain accurate call notes and client records
