We are seeking an experienced Dental Claims Submitter to join our insurance team for a multi location dental practice. This is a fully remote position supporting U.S.-based dental practices. The primary focus of this role is auditing patient accounts to ensure accurate and complete insurance claim and pre-authorization submissions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in dental procedures and ADA Coding, and comfortable reviewing clinical documentation and radiographs to support insurance narratives.

Primary Responsibilities:
Audit patient accounts to ensure claims are accurate, complete, and compliant prior to submission.
Correct coding and/or other errors prior to submission.
Submit dental insurance claims and pre-authorizations through Denticon
Review and interpret dental X-rays to assist in writing clear and accurate clinical narratives
Attach all required documentation (X-rays, narratives, perio charts, intraoral photos, etc.) to claims and pre-authorizations
Follow up on submitted claims and pre-authorizations with insurance carriers
Respond to insurance requests for additional information in a timely manner
Enter pre-authorization details and determinations accurately into Denticon
Identify and correct claim errors to minimize denials and delays
Maintain organized and accurate records of claim and authorization activity
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in dental insurance claims submission and follow-up
Strong working knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and CDT codes
Ability to read and interpret dental radiographs for insurance purposes
Hands-on experience with Denticon (required or strongly preferred)
Familiarity with U.S. dental insurance plans and pre-authorization processes
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with U.S.-based dental practices
Knowledge of insurance denial management and appeal support
Strong written communication skills for clinical narratives
