JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

One Janitorial is hiring a Sales Team Lead to oversee our appointment setter team and support our presenters. We need someone who can command respect, drive performance, and eliminate excuse culture. This is a leadership role for someone who has been in the trenches and knows how to get results from a team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Day-to-day management and oversight of the appointment setter team
• Coach, correct behavior, and hold the team accountable to KPIs
• Use data and numbers to lead performance conversations and decisions
• Train tea ---------- mbers on SOPs and performance standards
• Interpret reports and identify performance gaps early
• Report directly to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading teams in a sales/outbound environment
• Strong coaching ability — able to correct behavior and drive performance
• Experience managing remote teams
• Ability to handle a tenured team and command respect
• Data-driven — comfortable using numbers to lead conversations and decisions
• Proficiency in data analysis and report interpretation
• Experience using HubSpot is a plus
• High ownership, fast-paced, and adaptable mindset

Important Note:

The candidate will begin as an appointment setter to fully understand our process, expectations, and team dynamics before transitioning into the Team Lead role. This ensures strong alignment, credibility, and the ability to lead effectively from day one.
