JOB OVERVIEW

Freedom Academy is a DeFi passive income coaching business. We help everyday people generate passive income through a proven system, no trading, no complexity. We're growing and building a team that grows with us, with good year to year retention and student testimonials.

We're looking for a long-term outreach partner to own our Instagram DM pipeline. Not a short gig. Not a trial. If you show up and deliver, this role grows with you.

What this role is:
Volume outreach. You'll be sending hundreds of DMs weekly to targeted leads, managing follow-up sequences, and keeping our pipeline moving. Disciplined, consistent, results-driven. If you need hand-holding to stay active, this isn't for you. If you know how to hit a number and keep hitting it, keep reading.

What you'll do:
- Send high-volume outbound DMs to new followers and scraped lead lists daily
- Use our targeting system (Google Sheets + AI tools) to find and prioritize prospects
- Manage follow-up and re-offer flows via ManyChat
- Keep lead tracking accurate and up to date
- Report daily KPIs: sent, replies, conversations opened
- Flag what's working and what's not

What we're looking for:
- Strong conversational written English: real and natural, not scripted
- Comfortable with volume: this is not a low-activity role
- Experience with Instagram outreach, DM campaigns, or social media work
- Reliable with tools: ManyChat, Google Sheets, basic AI tools
- Self-managed: you execute without being chased
- Here for the long term

If you consistently hit volume targets and show you can actually move people, cold, unaware people, from a DM into genuine interest, we'll invest in you. That means training in our full appointment setting framework. Learning how to pre-sell, build belief, and guide cold prospects toward booking a call without pressure. Real sales skill, not scripts.

The bar to get there is simple: your actions match your words, your volume is consistent, and you show you understand how to move people, not just message them. Hit that bar and the role evolves. Base stays. Commission on booked calls gets added on top. Your earning potential scales with your results. We're not handing this out. We're offering it to whoever earns it.

Compensation:
- Monthly base pay (discussed on interview, competitive and stable)
- Performance bonuses for hitting volume targets
- Commission pathway for the right person as the role grows
