About the Role
One Janitorial is looking for a high-performing Sales Presenter to conduct online presentations, build tailored cleaning proposals, and close deals.
This is a performance-driven role — not a training ground. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and close.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Conduct 5–10 minute discovery calls and full screen-share presentations
• Identify client needs and tailor proposals in real time
• Build custom cleaning checklists and pricing during the call
• Confidently present proposals and close deals on the spot or manage follow-ups
• Handle objections (pricing, contracts, decision-makers, competitors)
• Conduct pre-call confirmations to prepare prospects
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline in HubSpot
You’re a Fit If You
• Have proven B2B sales closing experience (non-negotiable)
• Are confident running live screen-share presentations
• Can handle objections naturally (not overly script-dependent)
• Build rapport quickly and control conversations
• Are results-driven, coachable, and competitive
• Have CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus)
