About Us
Pixel Eye Studio is a U.S.-based design agency that builds beautiful, thoughtful websites for mission-driven organizations — nonprofits, religious orders, educational institutions, and purpose-led brands. We care deeply about craft, typography, and creating design that feels intentional rather than templated.

We're looking to add another talented web designer to our roster of freelance collaborators for ongoing project work.

What You'll Do:
• Design modern, custom website layouts in Figma (desktop, tablet, and mobile)
• Translate client brand guidelines into polished, on-brand web design
• Collaborate with our project manager and dev team on handoff and revisions
• Iterate based on feedback from clients and our creative director
• Occasionally refresh or redesign sections of existing client websites

What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio of live websites
• Expert-level Figma skills (components, auto-layout, variants, responsive frames)
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color
• Familiarity with designing for WordPress builds (knowing what's realistic to develop)
• Excellent written English and clear communication
• Reliable response times during overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand systems precisely

Nice to Have
• Experience designing for nonprofits, faith-based orgs, or educational institutions
• Basic understanding of SEO principles as they relate to page structure
• Illustration or icon design skills
