JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I’m the founder of Layover, a fashion and lifestyle brand focused on a clean, elevated, and effortlessly cool aesthetic.
I’m looking for a Shopify designer/developer who can help bring the brand to life visually and functionally. The goal is to create a site that feels similar in vibe to Strawberry Milk Mob: feminine, minimal, visually engaging, and conversion-focused.
This is not just a basic website build. I’m looking for someone with a strong eye for design, branding, and user experience.

What you’ll be doing:
Design and build a Shopify website from scratch or customize a theme
Create a cohesive, elevated brand feel across all pages
Design homepage layout, product pages, and collections with strong visual storytelling
Ensure mobile-first optimization and smooth user experience
Implement apps and features as needed (reviews, bundles, etc.)

What I’m looking for:
Strong Shopify experience (please include examples)
A good eye for modern, feminine, minimal design
Ability to execute a high-end, branded look (not just standard templates)
Understanding of conversion-focused design
Attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction

Bonus if you:
Have worked with fashion or lifestyle brands
Understand current e-commerce and TikTok-driven trends
Can assist with ongoing updates and optimizations
