We are a boutique, community-focused real estate brokerage based in the U.S., and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing team.
You’ll work closely with the brokerage owner and COO—supporting both leadership roles to help keep operations, marketing, and communication running smoothly.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and takes pride in doing things accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize CRM/database (tagging, updating, cleaning records)
Data entry and list building
Schedule and post social media content
Create clean, on-brand marketing graphics in Canva
Build and format
Organize files and systems in Google Drive
Assist with content uploads and formatting
Provide administrative support to brokerage leadership (owner + COO)
Help maintain and improve internal systems and workflows
Requirements:
Strong experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
Proficient in Canva
Experience using Mailchimp
Excellent attention to detail (very important)
Strong written English and communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage tasks independently
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Nice to Have (but not required):
Experience working with real estate professionals or brokerages
Familiarity with CRMs
Experience with social media scheduling tools
Work Details:
Full-time (40 hours/week preferred)
Long-term position
Flexible hours, with some overlap with U.S. business hours
Paid weekly
