We run a DTC brand doing $30M+ a year. Our ads spend hundreds of thousands every month. We are building toward $80M and the way we get there is by assembling a team of the best in the game. All sharpening each other. Think less "corporate hire" and more "Avengers assemble."

We need a video editor who does not just cut timelines. Someone who understands why people stop scrolling. Why they buy. Someone who lives inside AI tools and is always finding faster, better ways to create.
