We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive tea
This role combines transaction coordination, deal management, CRM updates, and pulling property comparable sales data for vacant land deals.
You will play an important role in helping us keep deals moving, stay organized, and make informed buying decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Pull comparable sales data for vacant land properties using Zillow, Redfin, Land Portal, Land Insights, county records, and other research tools
* Prepare clean comps summaries with recommended price ranges for active deals
* Manage transactions from signed contract through closing
* Collect and organize all deal documents including purchase agreements, title commitments, deeds, settlement statements, and closing paperwork
* Communicate with title companies, closing attorneys, and other third parties to track milestones and timelines
* Send Docusign requests to buyers and sellers
* Maintain and update deal trackers with the latest status of every open transaction
* Keep CRM records updated and organized
* Coordinate with real estate agents on listed properties
* Follow up on offers, buyer inquiries, and listing activity
* Ensure nothing slips through the cracks during the transaction process
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals at once
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable following up persistently with title companies, agents, buyers, and sellers
* Strong research skills and ability to analyze comparable sales data
* Experience with real estate transactions, land investing, title work, or transaction coordination is strongly preferred
* Experience with CRM systems is preferred
* Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
* Proactive and able to identify issues before they become problems
* Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
