Part-Time | 20 Hours Per Week
We are looking for a part-time Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to handle outbound prospecting for real estate sellers, specifically expired and withdrawn listings. The primary objective is to generate and set qualified listing appointments. This is a phone based role that requires strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people.
This role supports operations in Nevada, Georgia, and occasionally Florida.
Compensation
* $300/month base (paid $150 twice monthly)
* $10 bonus per held appointment
* Bonus capped at 15 appointments per month
* Part-time: 20 hours per week (work hours must overlap with daytime hours in the US based on state being worked)
Daily Expectations
* Make outbound calls to expired and withdrawn listings
* ~100 dials per day
* Speak with homeowners to identify motivation and timeline
* Focus on setting qualified appointments (not just volume)
* Handle objections and guide conversations effectively
* Set qualified listing appointments directly on the agent’s calendar
* Log all activity, notes, and follow-ups accurately
* Consistent call activity during scheduled hours
* Record call notes and update lead tracking after each conversation
* Follow up with homeowners who are not ready to sell yet
What We’re Looking For
* Experience calling expired or withdrawn listings preferred
* Strong communication and objection handling skills
* Ability to control conversations and confidently ask for the appointment
* Consistent daily dialing and follow-up discipline
Technical Requirements
* Experience using a dialer (specify which when applying)
* Stable internet connection (fiber preferred)
* Backup power (UPS) required
* Headset suitable for phone conversations
* Quiet work environment
Cold calling or phone sales experience is preferred. Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
Contract Term
This role is offered as a month to month contract based on performance for the first six months.
Performance and quality is reviewed monthly for continuance. At the end of the six month period, performance can be reviewed for:
* increased base compensation
* expanded hours
* additional responsibilities
* Long term work is available for the right candidate.

5. Submit a voice recording handling this objection:
* “I’m not interested in relisting right now.”
6. Submit a voice recording handling this objection:
* “You’re the 10th agent to call me today, stop wasting my time.”
7. Submit a voice recording asking for the appointment
8. Provide your average daily dial count and weekly appointment numbers from previous roles
