About KRMP Assets
KRMP Assets is a commercial real estate acquisition team focused on sourcing and securing off market multifamily opportunities across key U.S. markets. We work directly with property owners, brokers, and investors to identify deals, structure opportunities, and connect serious buyers to real transactions.
Role: Executive Operations Assistant – Real Estate
You will operate at the center of deal flow, supporting both outreach and backend operations. This is not a basic EA role. You will be directly involved in live transactions, investor communications, and deal execution.
Responsibilities;
40% – Outreach
• Cold outreach via
• Warm follow ups with existing leads, investors, and contacts
• Maintain consistent communication flow across all channels
60% – Operations & Deal Support
• Research and data mining on commercial real estate opportunities in assigned markets
• Manage and maintain CRM (GHL), spreadsheets, and internal databases
• Track leads, conversations, and deal pipeline accurately
• Coordinate inquiries between property owners, brokers, and buyers
• Support marketing efforts including listings and social media when needed
• Act as executive operations support for leadership on day-to-day basis
Requirements;
• Bachelor’s degree minimum
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar operations role
• At least 1 year experience in real estate
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken, confident on calls
• Highly organized, detail driven, and able to manage multiple moving deals
• Professional handling of sensitive client communications
• Experience with GHL, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ClickUp, Zoho or similar systems
• Reliable internet and dedicated work environment
• Availability to work 6 days per week within U.S. EST hours
Compensation & Benefits;
• Base hourly pay
