JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We're looking for a VA with hands-on GoHighLevel and >Facebook community management experience.

You'll be working across two areas: managing and building out a client's GHL account, and running their >Facebook community day to day. This is an execution role. You need to know your way around both platforms already.

Responsibilities

GoHighLevel
- Build and manage automations and workflows
- Set up and maintain pipelines and CRM records
- Build and deploy snapshots
- Manage funnels, forms, and calendar integrations
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing setups

>Facebook Community
- Approve and moderate posts and comments
- Respond to member questions and engagement
- Create and schedule content for the group
- Keep the community active and on-brand
- Report on growth and engagement

Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel. You know the platform, not just the basics
- Experience managing a Facebook Group or community page
- Strong written English. You can communicate clearly with members and clients
- Organised and proactive. You flag issues before they become problems
- Able to work independently and report back daily
- Use "community builder" as your subject line when applying, so we know you read this

Nice to Have
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with GHL snapshots and sub-account management
- Content creation experience

Performance Expectations
- GHL workflows and automations running without issues
- Community engagement maintained daily
- Issues flagged and resolved promptly
- Daily updates provided on work completed
