WHO WE ARE

We are a fast-scaling supplement and health & beauty dropshipping brand running aggressive Meta Ads campaigns across European markets. We test fast, scale winners, and cut losers without hesitation. We are not a branding agency. We are not a corporate ecom business. We are dropshippers - and we need someone who understands exactly what that means.

We are a small, tight team. No corporate politics. No pointless meetings. Just fast decisions, real money, and real results.

THE ROLE

This is a combined role. You are both our Media Buyer and our Video Ad Editor. You run the ads. You also produce the creatives. You see what is working, you rip and adapt accordingly. No waiting. No back and forth. Full ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Media Buying

-> Launch and manage CBO campaigns daily following our proven SOPs
-> Check campaign performance every morning and act immediately
-> Kill underperforming campaigns the ---------- nt spend thresholds are hit - no hesitation, no "let's wait and see"
-> Scale winning campaigns following our daily and weekend surf scaling rules
-> Add fresh creatives to winning campaigns consistently
-> Test new products with structured, disciplined testing setups
-> Send a daily performance report every day before 5PM CET - including weekends
-> Be online and responsive during CET hours every single day

Video Ad Editing

-> Find and download winning competitor ads using our tools
-> Rip and adapt competitor creatives for our market and products
-> Change voiceovers using ElevenLabs
-> Add captions and text overlays using CapCut
-> Apply hook tweaks, scroll stoppers, and pacing changes to make ads fresh and compliant
-> Use AI tools we provide to produce creatives fast and at volume
-> Deliver ready-to-launch creatives based on what the data tells you is working

WHAT A NORMAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

Morning - Log in, check overnight performance, apply kill or scale rules immediately, flag anything urgent.
Mid Morning - Optimize active campaigns, act on data, no delays.
Midday - Research winning competitor ads, rip and adapt creatives, produce new variations using CapCut and ElevenLabs.
Afternoon - Launch new creatives into active campaigns, research new angles.
End of Day - Send daily report on ---------- before 5PM CET.

Role - You are the person responsible for both our paid media performance and our creative production. You are in the trenches daily, making fast decisions with real money. You own the results.

Responsibilities - As listed above. You act, you produce, you report. Every day.

Results - Profitable campaigns. Fresh creatives weekly. Daily reports. No excuses.

Requirements

-> Real proven experience running Meta Ads for dropshipping brands - not agencies, not branding, not general ecom. Dropshipping.
-> Supplement, health, or beauty niche experience strongly preferred
-> Comfortable with CapCut, ElevenLabs, and AI creative tools
-> Available CET timezone every day including weekends
-> Fast, clear communicator - no essays, no excuses
-> Self-sufficient and independent - you figure things out
-> Portfolio with real results required - ROAS numbers, ad spend managed, niches
