Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
*Build and manage targeted prospect lists
*Launch and manage cold
*Monitor replies, qualify leads, and support booking meetings

*Set up and manage cold
*Monitor deliverability, open rates, and reply rates
*Optimize sequences, messaging, and follow-ups
AI & Automation Systems
*Support implementation of AI SDR and outreach systems
*Build and maintain automation workflows
*Improve efficiency through automation and system improvements
CRM & Data Management
*Maintain accurate and organized lead data
*Track pipeline movement and campaign performance
*Ensure proper tagging, segmentation, and reporting
Operations & System Support
*Assist with onboarding new campaigns or clients
*Support workflow setup and execution across tools
*Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Documentation & Process Improvement
*Create and maintain SOPs for campaigns and workflows
*Help standardize processes for scalability
*Work closely with leadership to execute growth initiatives
Basic Requirements (Must-Have)
* Experience with cold
* Strong understanding of lead generation systems and workflows
* Experience with
* Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
* Basic experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, GHL, or similar)
* Understanding of

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
