Tech Virtual Assistant (Automation, Lead Generation & CRM Systems)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract
Working Hours: EST or CST Time Zone
Salary: $500 – $1,500/month (depending on experience)

Overview

We are currently hiring across multiple roles for our clients. Because of this, we are looking to build a pipeline of highly skilled Tech Virtual Assistants and Growth Operators who specialize in different areas such as lead generation, CRM management, automation, email marketing, and systems operations.

* A/B testing and performance tracking
3. AI SDR & Automation Systems
*AI-powered outreach and appointment setting

4. CRM & Pipeline Management
*Managing leads, pipelines, and campaign tracking
*CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
*Data accuracy, tagging, and reporting

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
*Build and manage targeted prospect lists
*Launch and manage cold email and LinkedIn campaigns
*Monitor replies, qualify leads, and support booking meetings


Email
Marketing & Outreach Optimization
*Set up and manage cold email campaigns
*Monitor deliverability, open rates, and reply rates
*Optimize sequences, messaging, and follow-ups

AI & Automation Systems
*Support implementation of AI SDR and outreach systems
*Build and maintain automation workflows
*Improve efficiency through automation and system improvements

CRM & Data Management
*Maintain accurate and organized lead data
*Track pipeline movement and campaign performance
*Ensure proper tagging, segmentation, and reporting

Operations & System Support
*Assist with onboarding new campaigns or clients
*Support workflow setup and execution across tools
*Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Documentation & Process Improvement
*Create and maintain SOPs for campaigns and workflows
*Help standardize processes for scalability
*Work closely with leadership to execute growth initiatives


Basic Requirements (Must-Have)
* Experience with cold email and/or LinkedIn outreach campaigns
* Strong understanding of lead generation systems and workflows
* Experience with email marketing tools and campaign management
* Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
* Basic experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, GHL, or similar)
* Understanding of email deliverability (domains, warm-up, inbox health)
* Strong attention to detail and execution
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

Nice-to-Haves
1. Experience with AI SDR tools or AI calling systems
2. Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or enrichment tools
3. Experience managing LinkedIn outreach automation tools
4. Copywriting skills for cold email campaigns
5. Experience supporting agencies or B2B service businesses
6. Experience with high-ticket or complex sales cycles
7. Background in data tracking, reporting, or dashboards
8. Has experience in Podcast editing
