JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Pre-Press Specialist to support our production team by preparing high-quality, print-ready files for multiple printers. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency across all artwork before it goes into production.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and convert design files (from Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) into print-ready formats based on specific printer requirements
Separate artwork into proper layers (base white, design, and clear top layers) according to production specs
Create realistic mock-ups to showcase how designs will appear on cups for customer approval
Process files from multiple sources, including:
Custom designer submissions
Website orders (customer-created designs)
Wholesale artwork requests via email
Ensure all files meet quality and technical standards before production
Communicate with the team in real time to resolve file issues and maintain workflow efficiency

Performance Expectations
Handle 150–180 files per week per specialist
Maintain an average turnaround time of ~10 minutes per file (depending on complexity)
Support continuous production needs, helping cover gaps in operational hours

Requirements
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Solid understanding of print production and different printer specifications/formats
High attention to detail with strong quality control skills
Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and manage high-volume tasks
Flexible availability, including potential weekend work and coverage across time zones
Responsive and reliable communication via Slack, Line, or WeChat during working hours
