We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a high-performing Business Development Specialist to join our team.
This is NOT a typical VA role.
This is a sales + lead generation position working directly with off-market property opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Outbound calling using our CRM & dialer
- Speaking with property owners in niche situations:
- Pre-foreclosures
- Tax delinquent properties
- Probates / inherited homes
- Vacant & distressed properties
- Qualifying leads (condition, timeline, motivation, price)
- Taking detailed notes and updating CRM
- Researching hard-to-reach property owners (skip tracing, online investigation)
- Setting appointments / passing qualified leads to acquisitions team
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (clear, confident speaking — minimal accent)
- 1+ years experience in real estate cold calling, acquisitions, or similar sales role
- Strong objection handling & communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Experience with dialers/CRMs (CallTools, Mojo, BatchDialer, REISift, etc. is a PLUS)
- Strong research & problem-solving ability (finding hard-to-reach owners)
- Reliable, consistent, and results-driven mindset
Requirements:
- Fast & stable internet connection
- Quiet work environment
- Dual monitors (required)
- Headset for professional call quality
- Ability to work U.S. hours (CST preferred)
Compensation:
- Base pay: $5-6/ hour
- Commission per qualified lead / % / deal
- Performance bonuses for top producers
