JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
As a Female Bridal Phone / Customer Support Representative, you’ll spend your day speaking directly with brides-to-be who have expressed interest in visiting our partner bridal boutiques. Your role is to build rapport, answer questions, understand their needs, and help guide them toward booking their bridal gown appointment.

You’ll be the warm, reassuring voice supporting brides during an important part of their wedding journey, making them feel heard, cared for, and excited about their visit.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to brides who have submitted online inquiries
Build genuine, warm connections in every conversation
Qualify leads by understanding their style, budget, timeline, and needs
Guide brides through the booking process and help secure appointments
Accurately update lead details and appointment information in our CRM
Maintain daily call reporting and attend training sessions as required

Who We’re Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English
A confident, friendly phone presence with strong people skills
Experience calling online leads is preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems (Go High Level is a plus)
Patience, empathy, and the ability to keep conversations positive and relaxed

Technical Requirements

Stable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speed
Quality headset and microphone
Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM
