Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing logistics operations. In this role, you will focus on cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition, helping expand our customer base and support overall business growth within the logistics and supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities·
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads and prospects
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Coordinate with the sales team to support client acquisition strategies
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and interactions
Follow up with potential clients and schedule appointments or meetings
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation
Qualifications·
Proven sales experience is mandatory and will be the highest priority for consideration
Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively
Experience in logistics and freight forwarding is strong advantage
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
