What You'll Be Doing
1. I
Own resolution of complex tickets escalated from L1 or our outsourced service desk
Work only on tickets assigned through internal dispatch — no queue watching
Troubleshoot across Intune, Defender, Entra ID, M365, and related platforms
Enter clear, professional time entries and resolution notes in HaloPSA
2. Microsoft 365 Stack Maintenance (20%)
Manage tools including Huntress, CIPP, Defender, Intune, and Hornet/Altaro
Action alerts, refine configurations, and maintain integration reliability
Ensure monitoring and compliance data is accurate and actionable
Create or update KBs where appropriate
3. Project Task Execution (20%)
Execute onboarding, migration, and infrastructure tasks as scoped
Participation is implementation-focused — not planning or client-facing status reporting
Provide clear technical communication to support smooth delivery
4. Complex Service Requests (10%)
Handle advanced tasks outside L1 scope or permissions
Examples: advanced endpoint policy adjustments, tenant-level configuration changes
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in an MSP
Solid hands-on experience with:
Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint)
Azure infrastructure
Endpoint security, MFA, and threat detection
Able to work independently with guidance when needed, particularly for complex or unfamiliar scenarios.
Excellent written English and near-native spoken English
Experience in multi-tenant environments and remote support delivery
Strong documentation discipline — KBs, ticket notes, process follow-through
Highly Valued
Huntress, CIPP, Hornet/Altaro backup environments
Manufacturing or wholesale industry client exposure
ERP support familiarity
Certifications (e.g. MD-102, SC-300, MS-500) are a bonus
