JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

A growing B2B ghostwriting agency is hiring a LinkedIn Content Creator to support its content production team. This position focuses on writing LinkedIn posts, building content pipelines, drafting engagement comments, and preparing design briefs across multiple client accounts. We are looking for someone with a creative mind, strong writing instincts, and the willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic, content-first environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Write clear, engaging LinkedIn posts tailored to diverse B2B clients and industries
- Generate a steady pipeline of content ideas aligned with each client's brand and goals
- Draft strategic engagement comments that drive meaningful interaction on LinkedIn posts
- Produce design briefs that communicate visual content requirements clearly and effectively
- Integrate AI tools into research, drafting, and content planning workflows
- Use Canva to support visual brief development or basic content design
- Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure brand voice consistency across all client accounts
- Research LinkedIn trends and apply relevant insights to content strategy and execution



Mandatory Skills:

- Skilled writer capable of adapting voice, tone, and style to multiple brands simultaneously
- Naturally creative with a strong ability to develop original, relevant content ideas regularly
- Proficient in Canva for visual content tasks or creative brief preparation
- Experienced and confident using AI writing tools as part of a professional workflow
- Fast learner who can quickly internalize new brand voices and client contexts
- Curious, engaged, and motivated by topics related to business, marketing, and content strategy
- Thorough, dependable, and able to manage a varied workload with consistency
- Effective communicator who contributes positively within a remote team environment


Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience producing LinkedIn content for business brands or individual thought leaders
- Familiarity with ghostwriting, content marketing, or working within a content agency
- Understanding of LinkedIn content mechanics, including post formats and engagement strategies
- Track record of managing content for multiple clients or brand identities at once
- Self-starter who proactively brings new ideas and content strategies to the table
