TikTok Video Editor (Full-Time)
I’m looking for a full-time TikTok video editor to produce high-volume short-form content across multiple pages.
This role is focused on fast, efficient editing — simple edits, but strong pacing and attention to detail are key.
You will be making TikTok videos using Capcup or the video editing software of your choice. The editing process is fairly simple and straightforward. Anyone who is proficient in video editing should have no problem with the basic tasks such as:
Cutting dead space in talking head videos
Adding overlay images on screen in the videos
Minor effects such as dynamic zoom, cropping, etc.
Producing b-roll content from voiceover and footage provided, having the ability to digest what is being said and pair up the audio with corresponding footage
Workload
• 10–20 videos per day
• Consistent daily output
Please review a few examples of my content to ensure you are familiar and comfortable with the editing style:
Basic talking head - here you are mostly editing dead space and piecing clips together, adding minor effects like crop and zoom to make the frames look more dynamic and seamless.

Talking head with overlays - same as before, but adding images provided to you on the screen to support what is being said in the video.

B-roll content - you will be provided a voice over and need to work through the footage to find fitting visuals. A strong understanding of English and social media content is crucial here.

You will be working hand in hand with me on an extremely viral social media page and there is room for bonuses if deadlines are met and the content performs well!

Previous experience with CapCut, TikTok, or Instagram editing
Strong ability to collaborate within a team environment
Willingness to learn and apply constructive feedback
Availability to work 6–8 hours per day (with potential for increased compensation based on performance)

REALISTIC WORKLOAD:
For experienced editors with efficient workflows and solid equipment, the daily workload can typically be completed in 2–4 hours. However, for those still developing their skills or working with slower equipment, the same workload may take closer to 6–8 hours. High-performing editors often treat this as a flexible, part-time opportunity due to their speed and efficiency.
