We're hiring a CAD/Renderer Specialist to produce construction drawings, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings for U.S.-based architecture, design, and construction firms.

This is a technical production role. You'll draft, model, render, and revise. You'll turn sketches and redlines into buildable drawings and client-ready visuals. Precision and speed both matter.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

-Draft and produce construction documents, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings
-Create 3D models from architectural plans, sketches, or reference images
-Produce photorealistic renderings for client presentations, marketing, and design approvals
-Revise drawings based on redlines, markups, and design changes
-Maintain drawing standards, layer management, and file organization per firm protocols
-Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers on drawing sets and deadlines
-Prepare drawing packages for permitting, bidding, and construction
-Perform quality checks on drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and code compliance

TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW (some or all):

-AutoCAD
-Revit
-SketchUp
-Rhino
-V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape (rendering)
-Bluebeam Revu

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

-2+ years of experience in CAD drafting, 3D modeling, or architectural rendering
-Strong proficiency in at least two of the tools listed above
-Portfolio or work samples demonstrating construction drawings and/or renderings (required)
-Understanding of construction documentation standards and building systems
-Architecture, engineering, or interior design educational background preferred
You deliver clean, accurate work and manage revisions without losing detail
You can manage multiple drawing sets and deadlines simultaneously
-Strong written English communication for coordinating with U.S.-based teams
-You're comfortable working U.S. business hours (aligned with your client's time zone)
-Stable internet connection, professional remote work setup, and a machine capable of running CAD/rendering software
