Isaac's Industries is a certified minority and women-owned general contracting company based in South Florida operating in commercial construction, post-construction cleaning, demolition, and government procurement. We hold 11 active federal certifications including WOSB, EDWOSB, MBE, SDB, and WBE, and are actively expanding into Miami-Dade County government contracts and private commercial projects.

What You Will Own
LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and connect with Project Managers, General Contractors, Commercial Developers, and Procurement Officers across Florida on LinkedIn daily
Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages on behalf of the CEO
Build and maintain a warm outreach pipeline of qualified contacts
Track all outreach activity and responses in the CRM
Business Systems & Operations
Build and manage a CRM pipeline (Notion, Airtable, or similar) tracking all leads, proposals, certifications, and follow-ups
Create and document standard operating procedures for recurring business tasks
Manage certification renewal timelines across 11+ federal and state designations
Submit government vendor registration applications and supporting documents
Track all deadlines, renewals, and required actions — nothing falls through the cracks
Administrative & Document Management
Handle government and vendor portal submissions (
Organize and maintain all business documents in Google Drive with clear filing systems
Draft outreach
Manage CEO inbox and flag priority items daily
Research RFPs, bid opportunities, and government procurement postings
Reporting
Send a concise daily report every evening covering: tasks completed, leads contacted, follow-ups pending, blockers, and next-day plan
Weekly pipeline summary with metrics — outreach volume, response rate, active opportunities

What success looks like in 30 days: CRM is built and active. Miami-Dade vendor registration submitted. LinkedIn outreach running daily with 20+ new connections per week to target contacts. Daily reports delivered consistently. CEO can see the pipeline and trust the backend is handled.
Compensation & Structure
$500/month — paid monthly via Wise or similar
Full time · approximately 40 hours per week
100% remote — work from anywhere
Start with a 2-week paid trial at $250 before full monthly rate begins
