VentureX is a New Zealand-based offshore recruitment and project delivery company that helps Kiwi businesses build dedicated teams in the Philippines. We place talent across sales, operations, tech, and support with a direct-hire model that keeps things transparent, fair, and built for the long term. We are not a BPO. The people we place work exclusively for one business, operate like part of an in-house team, and are treated that way.

We are currently hiring an SDR on behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing New Zealand AI company that builds intelligent voice and chat agents for businesses across industries. Their product replaces expensive, time-limited customer service staff with AI that handles calls, books appointments, and follows up automatically, 24/7. The value proposition is strong, and the market is hot.

Your job is to get the right people on the phone so our NZ-based closers can do their thing.

What you will be doing:

Running multichannel outreach every day across email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging, following a proven system we provide. Scripts, sequences, targeting criteria, and tools are already set up. You execute consistently, track your numbers, and book qualified discovery calls for our closing team in New Zealand.

What we are looking for:

You have done outbound SDR or appointment setting work before, and you can prove it. You are comfortable with cold outreach, and you do not fold after the first no. Your written English is clear, professional, and natural. You are organised, self-managed, and you own your results. You are available to work New Zealand business hours or close to them. You are coachable and process-driven.
