JOB OVERVIEW

You'll be the go-to person for every static ad creative, social media graphic, Story template, and visual asset across our client portfolio. This is not a generic design role, you'll be creating performance-driven ad creatives that need to stop the scroll, communicate a clear offer, and drive clicks. You'll also create organic social media content (Instagram feed posts, Story graphics) for select clients.

You'll work directly with the founder and will be briefed on angles, offers, and campaign goals. You don't need to write the copy, we handle that. You need to bring it to life visually in a way that converts.

What You'll Be Doing

Ad Creatives (Primary Focus — ~60% of your time)

•Design static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns across ---------- + client accounts

•Refresh underperforming creatives quickly when campaigns need a boost

•Design creatives for new campaign launches and offer changes

•Maintain a consistent but varied creative style that feels premium and scroll-stopping

Social Media Graphics (~25% of your time)

•Design Instagram feed posts and carousels for select clients

•Create Instagram Story templates and graphics for promotional sprints (e.g., location-based clinic launches)

•Build backlog content batches (e.g., 10-20 posts at a time for new client onboarding)

Video Support (~15% of your time)

•Create simple motion graphics, animated text overlays, and video thumbnails

•Assist with basic video editing when needed (cutting clips, adding text, transitions)

•This is NOT a primary video editing role, we have a separate editing team for complex video work

Test Project (Required Before Hire)

Before we make a decision, we'll send you a paid test project. You'll receive:

1.A brief for 4 static ad creatives — we'll provide the offer, the angles, the copy, and reference examples. You design 5 different static ads that are ready to run on Facebook/Instagram.

2.A brief for 3 Instagram Story graphics — we'll provide the context and copy. You design 3 Story-format graphics for a promotional sprint.

3.A brief for 1 short video ad (15-30 seconds) — we'll provide the footage/assets and the script. You edit it into a simple but polished video ad with text overlays and transitions.

Turnaround time: 48 hours from receiving the brief. Compensation for test project: $20 (paid regardless of outcome).
