Serviont is a premium estate management company serving high-net-worth homeowners and property management companies in Utah, USA. We consolidate every service a property needs — cleaning, landscaping, pool and spa care, pest control, painting, snow removal, and full estate management — into a single point of contact. Our clients make one call, and everything gets handled.

We're looking for a Property Management Virtual Assistant with experience in the property management or real estate space. You'll support day-to-day operations, handle vendor outreach and applications, manage client communication, and help grow the business — all remotely. If you've worked for a property management company, HOA, or real estate firm before, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

Answer and respond to inbound calls and emails professionally
Apply to vendor lists for property management companies and HOAs on behalf of Serviont
Outreach to property managers, realtors, builders, and HOAs to establish vendor relationships
Manage CRM, scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
Send proactive updates to the founder without being asked

Who you are:

Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field — this is a strong plus
Highly organized and self-directed — you execute without constant direction
Excellent written and spoken English
Motivated by performance and commission upside
Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage company
Proficient with Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools
