We're a fast-growing AI avatar content agency producing short-form videos for social media. Our content drives real sales — and we're expanding the team.

We're looking for someone hungry, self-driven, and obsessed with learning. You don't need to know everything on day one — but you need to have the right mindset and be willing to work hard to get there.

What you'll be doing:
- Creating short-form AI avatar videos from start to finish
- Editing in CapCut (captions, pacing, transitions, overlays)
- Studying what's working on social media and bringing ideas to the team
- Working with AI tools like Veo3, ElevenLabs, and others

You're a fit if:
- You have some experience with CapCut or short-form video editing
- You're genuinely curious about AI tools and pick them up fast
- You take feedback seriously and improve quickly
- You show up consistently and communicate proactively
