1. Job Title: Tiktok Shop Community Manager
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant experienced in community management and influencer/affiliate coordination to support our TikTok Shop operations.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and build relationships with TikTok influencers and affiliates.
Manage and grow the ---------- channel for affiliates and influencers
Manage collaborations, partnerships, and paid campaigns.
Track influencer performance and report key metrics.
Coordinate product samples, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain organized records of communication and collaborations.

Requirements:
Experience in influencer or affiliate management (TikTok Shop experience is a plus).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple partnerships and follow up professionally.
Familiarity with TikTok trends, creators, and social media engagement strategies.

Mission:

Own the Command Center day-to-day. Keep data clean, tasks closed, and shops healthy.

Ownership / Scope:

Scorecards; shop health; listings maintenance; samples; affiliate/campaign ops.

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate samples; confirm addresses; track ship/receive/post
Run daily shop health checklist; flag violations/stock risks
Update scorecards & client-ready snapshots
Manage listing edits, sample requests, offers/coupons
Support affiliate pushes (Reacher exports, invites, contest sheets)
Send EOD reports with blockers

Rate: $1000 USD
Schedule: Full-time, Remote - PST
Requirement: Minimum 1 year of hands-on TikTok Shop Sampling / affiliate manager experience

Ownership / Scope:

Onboarding; listings; bundles/variants; integrations (Shopify, AfterShip, 3PL); automations; dashboards; SOPs.

Core Responsibilities:

Execute onboarding checklist; verify tax/shipping/returns policies
Stand up Airtable/Notion trackers & live reporting
Maintain product data quality (titles, attributes, images, PID hygiene)
Implement/monitor automations (alerts, syncs, webhooks)
Write/update SOPs & templates; train pod on changes

Rate: $1000 USD
Schedule: Full-time, Remote - PST
Requirement: Minimum 1 year of hands-on Tiktok Shop Operations experience
