Outreach Specialist / Virtual Assistant
Type: Full-time, Remote
Compensation: $500/mo base + commission on closed deals (No cap, earn up to $ ---------- /mo)
*You do not need to do any sales related task, so no calls, no proposals , just outreach messages*
Based on historical data, getting minimum $1000-$2000 is not an issue if your KPIs are met

Note: This is a dedicated, full-time role. I'm looking for someone who will commit 100% to this position — no other clients or jobs on the side.

What I Do
I run business development for a mission-based user acquisition platform for games. We help game studios drive installs, retention, and in-game progression through missions and rewards — 50M+ gamers, 65% lower CPAs vs. Meta/Google. I own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

What I Need
I need a VA to handle my outbound outreach execution. I'll give you the lead lists and the templates. Your job is to personalize, send, follow up, and get prospects on my calendar.

What You'll Do

Cold Outreach (70%)
Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages to game studios and publishers using approved templates and sequences
Customize each touchpoint with prospect-specific hooks provided in the lead list (game title, platform, UA pain point)
Execute multi-step cadences across email and LinkedIn
A/B test subject lines, openers, and CTAs as I direct
Hit daily/weekly send volume targets consistently

Follow-Up & Booking (20%)
Respond to replies — answer basic questions, handle objections using talk tracks, and send my Calendly link to book calls
Chase interested prospects until they're on the calendar
Re-engage cold or ghosted prospects with fresh angles on a set schedule

Reporting & Feedback (10%)
Track open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked per sequence
Flag what's working and what's not — subject lines, messaging angles, prospect segments
Share weekly outreach performance numbers with me

You're a Great Fit If You Have
You play games and understand the game ecosystem (Steam, mobile)
1+ years doing cold outreach, appointment setting, or SDR work
Experience with outreach tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Smartlead, or similar)
Strong written English — you can personalize a template without it reading like a mail merge
Discipline to hit daily send targets without supervision
Quick response time — you don't let warm replies sit for hours

Bonus Points
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience in gaming, adtech, or performance marketing outreach
You've booked meetings for a B2B sales team before

What Success Looks Like
Month 1–2: Fully trained on messaging, ICP, and sequences. Hitting daily send targets, running cadences independently, and consistently booking qualified meetings.
Month 3: My calendar is packed with qualified calls because of you. Outreach is a machine.
