JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sales Appointment Setter to support both inbound and outbound lead engagement.

This role involves connecting with prospective clients through calls, SMS, and email to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. This is not purely cold calling; you will be working with a mix of inbound, warm, and outbound leads.

Background in solar campaigns is highly preferred, and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)
Clear, confident speaking voice with a professional phone presence
Ability to communicate naturally and effectively with US-based clients
Comfortable handling both inbound inquiries and outbound outreach
Strong tech-savviness
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
Familiarity with CRM tools (Go High Level preferred; Vonage is a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls from the provided lead lists to set appointments
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into booked appointments
Send follow-ups via email and SMS (including bulk/workflow messaging)
Utilize GHL (primary) and Vonage (backup) for communication
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM
Assist in improving outreach scripts and communication templates

Performance Expectations:
Reach out to approximately 150 leads per day (depending on call duration and workflow)
Maintain consistent activity across calls, texts, and emails within an 8-hour shift
Deliver high-quality, qualified appointments for the sales team

Compensation:
Competitive weekly pay (based on experience)
Incentives per successful/qualified appointment set
Additional incentives per closed deal

Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
Solar campaign experience is highly preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven setup
