** The Role: Remote Sales Closer**

We’re hiring experienced sales closers who know how to move deals forward.

Not admins. Not processors. Not paper-pushers. Closers.

If you’ve sold to US, AU, or UK customers (real estate, telco, insurance, fintech, etc.) - we want you.

This is NOT a customer service role. This is a high-performance sales role for people who love closing deals, hitting targets, and getting results for clients.

** What You’ll Do**

- Handle warm, pre-qualified leads who already want a home loan
- Guide clients through their home loan options (full training provided)
- Collect documents using our AI tools (no need to chase paperwork manually)
- Follow up with clients and banks to move deals forward fast
- Hit your monthly referral, approval, and booking targets
- Be part of a high-performance remote team that wins together

** You’re a Fit If You Have:**

- 2+ years of experience in inbound, outbound or consultative sales (BPO, telco, fintech, SaaS, insurance, etc.)
- A personal track record of hitting sales KPIs and closing deals
- Excellent, confident communication skills (written & spoken - Tagalog and occasional English)
- Experience using CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- High accountability, self-motivation, and hunger for results
- Quiet WFH setup (laptop/desktop with strong internet, headset, no background noise)

** Bonus Points If You:**

- Have worked with US/AU/UK-based companies
- Understand mortgage, real estate, or finance (not required - we’ll train you anyway)

** Qualification **

- Previous applicants need not apply.

- Must have had sales experience (not retail sales).

- Experience selling to foreigners is not part of the job but applicants with this experience are highly desired.
