JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary

The Medical Scribe supports the provider by accurately documenting patient encounters. This role ensures smooth clinic workflow, precise charting, and improved efficiency in patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Document patient histories, exams, and treatment plans into the EMR
2. Record provider notes, orders, tests, and follow-up instructions
3. Review charts for accuracy
4. Support smooth clinic flow by keeping documentation organized
5. Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a medical scribe or similar role preferred
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Experience in creating EHR/EMR notes for the providers, CPT and ICD codes.
- Familiarity with Manual Manipulation and Emsella note documentation (a plus).
