Who we are:
Golden Bay Detailing is a mobile auto detailing company in San Francisco. We're growing fast and we need a sharp, hungry Inside Sales Closer who wants to make real money from the Philippines.

The honest pitch on pay:
Base is $600/month. Paid weekly via Wise.
Commission is 7% on every completed job. Plus a $20 bonus for every ceramic coating you book that actually gets serviced.
Our minimum ticket is $250 and our average is higher. Ceramic coatings run $800-$2,500.
Real numbers on what you'll actually earn:

Average month (40 jobs closed, $400 average ticket): $600 base + $1,120 commission = $1,720/month
Strong month (60 jobs, $500 average ticket, 8 ceramic coatings): $600 + $2,100 + $160 = $2,860/month
There is no cap. The harder you work, the more you make.

Commissions are paid on the 1st of the following month for jobs that completed the prior month. Base pays weekly every Friday.

What you'll actually do:

Reply to Instagram and Facebook ---------- and close them over chat
Call every website form submission within 5 minutes of it landing
Send SMS follow-ups through our ---------- phone system
Book appointments directly into Jobber
Call and text old customers from our CRM with reactivation offers
Keep your pipeline clean so no lead falls through

You are the front line of the business. The better you are, the more money you make. Simple.
Who you are:

2+ years closing for a US-based company (real estate ISA, home services, insurance, med spa, solar, roofing, anything with speed-to-lead)
Neutral American accent. You sound friendly, confident, and energetic on every call, even call #50 of the day
You follow scripts but you are not a robot. You can actually talk to humans.
You are obsessed with response time. You check your phone like it owes you money.
Reliable internet, backup power, quiet work environment
Available Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm Pacific Time (that's midnight to 10am Manila)
You want to be here for 2+ years, not 2 months

Who you are NOT:

Not someone looking for a "stable" office job with guaranteed pay
Not someone who needs to be micromanaged
Not someone who treats DMs and leads like paperwork
Not someone who disappears when the internet goes out
Not someone applying to 40 jobs today and copy-pasting the same cover letter
