We’re hiring on behalf of a hyper-luxury real estate team in Washington State seeking a highly experienced Client Concierge / Real Estate Virtual Assistant. This is a fast-paced, communication-driven role that requires strong real estate transaction coordination knowledge and the ability to respond quickly and accurately in real time. This position is primarily focused on data entry, communication, and coordination across email, text, and calendar systems. The role involves monitoring a high volume of daily email (often hundreds per day) and identifying action items quickly, even when a response is not required. Work tends to come in waves, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable with a “hurry up and wait” environment—staying ready to act quickly, communicate clearly, and execute with precision when tasks come in. This role may also support or backfill transaction coordination functions on occasion.

Important: This is a full-time role. We are only considering candidates who do not have any other active jobs or freelance commitments. The selected candidate must be fully dedicated to this position and will not be permitted to outsource or delegate their work.
