GH Logistics is a growing freight brokerage and asset based logistics company specializing in dry van and reefer freight. Our team is built on strong systems, clear communication, and reliable execution. As we continue to scale nationally, we are looking for a Track & Trace Assistant – Quality Assurance to help ensure that every load is verified, compliant, and properly tracked before it moves. Role Overview
Your work directly prevents missed pickups, tracking gaps, compliance issues, and communication breakdowns while collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, and Management to ensure loads move smoothly and safely with clear SOPs, structured workflows, and strong team support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Review next day loads before execution
• Verify driver details (name, phone number, reachability)
• Confirm CDL validity and compliance
• Assign and confirm active tracking (FourKites and/or Samsara)
• Call drivers to confirm pickup and delivery details, appointment times, and equipment requirements
• Download and upload customer tenders when applicable
• Ensure load information is accurate in the TMS and QA trackers
• Document findings clearly and consistently
• Escalate issues when something does not meet standards
• Maintain organized records and support process improvements

• All next day loads are reviewed before execution
• Tracking is active and confirmed
• Potential issues are caught early
• Documentation is clear and organized
• Escalations are timely and professional
Who We’re Looking For
• Have experience in US. logistics, freight, tracking, quality assurance, or operational audit
• Are comfortable auditing details and verifying information
• Understand that small details prevent big operational problems
• Follow SOPs consistently
• Communicate clearly with drivers and internal teams
• Stay organized while handling multiple tasks
• Work well independently in a structured remote environment
• Are open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Have strong written and verbal English skills
• Type at least 50 WPM
Work Setup & Schedule
• Full Time | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT/CST & 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM CDT/CST (San Antonio time)
• Must work U.S. business hours
• Collaborative Zoom based work environment (open camera & unmute mic)
• Time tracking tools used to support accountability
